Are your products Vegan?
We are passionate about using trustworthy and reliable suppliers and our wax, fragrance, mica and glitter are all Vegan and Cruelty free. Our wax, glitter, are all biodegradable and recyclable.
There is smoke coming from my wax, is this normal?
This is scent vapours from the fragrance oil burning off and is common and completely safe, You may find the scent disappears quicker when you see this, a taller wax burner is recommended and a small tealight to allow the scent to last longer.
Incorrect Addresses

If you have entered the wrong address or missed something out please email us straight away at support@elysianmelts.com with the correct address, If this is not received straight away and your order is delivered to the incorrect address it will be up to you to collect or arrange a delivery. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses, this includes wrong house numbers and postcodes
What is the best burner to use for my wax melts?
When it comes to finding the best wax melt burner, look for one that effectively warms the without the use of an oil burner. A burner that's at least 10cm tall is ideal, as it allows for better heat distribution and enhances the fragrance release. Choose a design that compliments you while providing even heating to ensure a delightful aroma fills your space. With the right burner, you can enjoy your favorite wax melts to the fullest!

What products do you offer?
We offer wax melts in star shapes and snap bars, seasonal shapes such as gingerbread men are also in stock, and will soon be stocking wax melt burners. We also offer over 30 different scents which is increasing, If there's any scent you would like us to use please email us at support@elysianmelts.com with your suggestions.
When will my order arrive?
Orders usually arrive within 4-7 working days. As a small business working outside of usual business hours we dispatch within 3-4 working days, We want to be as transparent as possible when it comes to shipping prices so we are going by size and weight of the parcels rather than a flat fee. This are shown below and when you proceed with your order. Please ensure you select the correct postage (if in doubt please contact us). During busier times such as Christmas dispatch may take a little longer but please be assured your order will arrive.
Do you offer International Delivery?
At the moment we only offer delivery within the UK. Right now we are concentrating on providing the best service to UK customers
I have received a damaged item, what do I do?
Please send us an email to support@elysianmelts.com with your order number and a picture of the issue and we will then resolve asap by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
How much is UK delivery?

My order has not arrived/lost in the post
If your order has not arrived, and your tracking number has not updated with any relevant information, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent after 10 days.
Returns
At this time as a small business we are unable to offer free returns, However we can replace or offer a refund for damaged items. In these instances we will reimburse postage costs once we receive your parcel and we will require proof of postage.
​We will only accept returns up to a maximum of 30 days from purchase date.
​All damaged returns need to be returned in the original packaging.
​We do not offer refunds/returns for wax melts that you do not like the scent of. Scents are subjective and we do offer sample scents so you can try these before purchasing larger products.
We do not offer refunds/returns for partially used items.
My wax melts/snap bars look frosty? Can they be used
Absolutely. It is normal for Soy wax products to have a certain amount of frosting, this is a common, natural characteristic and serves as proof that the wax is 100% natural. It does not effect the quality, safety or performance of the product.
Are you Regulatory Compliant?
Yes, All products comply with the relevant safety regulations CLP - (Classification, Labelling & Packaging) which is legally required for products containing fragrance oil.
All products will have the CLP label on the back.
With every order a wax melt safety caution card will be included, please ensure you follow safety guidelines before using, and never leave a burning candle/tealight unattended.
