Are your products vegan-friendly?
Yes, all our melts and snap bars are crafted using a premium soy wax blend and cruelty-free fragrance oils, making them 100% vegan-friendly.
Why is there smoke coming from my wax?
A small amount of vapor is normal—this is simply the fragrance oil being released. If you see thick black smoke, ensure your burner is clean and you are using a standard 4-hour tealight.
I provided an incorrect address, what should I do?
How long does delivery take?
Please contact us immediately at support@elysianmelts.com. If the order hasn't been dispatched, we can update it. Otherwise, we must wait for the return to re-ship at your cost.
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days during busy periods or seasonal holidays.
What is the best type of burner to use?
We recommend a ceramic or glass tealight burner with a height of at least 10cm, or a high-quality electric warmer, to ensure the wax melts evenly and safely.

What if my items arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please send a photo to support@elysianmelts.com within 24 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund.
What is the UK delivery cost?
Standard UK shipping is a flat rate, calculated at checkout. We also offer free delivery on orders over £35.
What happens if my order is lost?
If your order hasn't arrived after 10 working days, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the courier to locate or replace your items.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Why does my wax look frosty?
'Frosting' is a natural characteristic of pure soy wax. It does not affect the scent throw or performance—it actually proves your product is natural!
Are your products CLP compliant?
Yes, safety is our priority. Every individual scent is fully CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) compliant with all necessary warnings and ingredients listed.
